WMA Welcomes New Staff Members

The new team members, Talah Pejooh, AIA, Sarahi Baeza, Gabriela Compolongo and Afaf Abdulhadi, strengthen design and production capabilities in architecture and interior design.

“We are always in the market for talent,” said Dan Withee AIA, founding partner. “Because of the diversity of our practice and the strength of our culture, we offer growth opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced architects.”

Talah Pejooh, AIA, brings her “hospitality philosophy” with a focus on the users’ experience of the space and high attention to detail to her role as project architect in the commercial interiors studio. An architect with 10 years of professional experience, she works across the design disciplines—architecture, interiors and graphic design—with a holistic approach to the spaces she creates.

A trio of talented 2019 graduates from California Polytechnic University-Pomona—Sarahi Baeza, Gabriela Compolongo and Afaf Abdulhadi—joined the firm as technical designers in the residential division. All cited the opportunity for hands-on learning.
