As part of the 2020 Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing (SCANPH) conference, Withee Malcolm hosted an online discussion featuring three prominent affordable housing projects. The session followed opening conference remarks by Mayor Eric Garcetti and featured Withee Malcolm leaders, Tyler Monroe, VP of Development at Thomas Safran & Associates, Tony Cano of contractor Bernards and residents of one of the projects. Session content focused on relevant issues and lessons learned through the perspective of People, Process and Program from Veteran’s Village of Carson, Missouri Place in West LA, and Gateway at Willowbrook.
