WM’s project team captured the 4^th floor framing of one of our latest affordable housing projects, Missouri Place. This Thomas Safran & Associates’ project will provide 74 units of permanent affordable housing, with roughly half set aside for formerly homeless individuals.

Located on the site of a former City of LA Animal Shelter just a couple of blocks away from Metro’s Expo Line, the design utilizes a minimal palette of materials and details to create a sophisticated, contemporary look for this West LA address.
