Withee Malcolm – A BSB Design Studio finalized Bloom at Magnolia last month, Long Beach’s newest permanent supportive housing property.

The design of this 4-story, 40-unit development enriches residents lives as well as its transitioning neighborhood on the western edge of Downtown Long Beach. The community boasts more than 3,000 sf of indoor community space and 3,000 sf of outdoor common spaces. Physical and mental onsite social services are also provided. Units along the long, linear development feature balconies, dedicated bike parking and views along the tree-lined street so residents can transition not just into stable housing, but thrive in a diverse neighborhood with access to beaches, cultural facilities and local transit.
