LA Planning Commission Unanimously Approves SunWest in East Hollywood
Reliable Properties’ SunWest, an 8-story mixed-use project of 412 units including 61 Very Low-income units, garnered unanimous LA Planning Commission approval. The total project will consist of 421,313 sf on a 2.22 acre site and includes 33,569 sf of commercial space. The project also includes space for two restaurants and a grocery store.
