At Withee Malcolm – A BSB Design Studio, we have a strong work ethic supported by an upbeat environment. Our staff members are a team that works hard, yet remembers that play is important. We are encouraged to expand our education and experience by joining the AIA and professional societies, and by participating in industry programs for organizations like ULI, NAIOP, & SCANPH. We also are encouraged to take advantage of the resources and people within BSB Design across their 10 national offices.
As an alternate to group study sessions held for those pursuing architectural licensing, employees enjoy scavenger hunts, architectural tours and company outings. We have themed staff lunch meetings showcasing our projects for discussion, lunch and learn workshops, weekly “Design Roulette” roundtable presentations, a Friday breakfast once a month and reward parties.
Firm members also give back by contributing to charitable causes, participating in CanStruction and volunteering in our community.
