Alicia Perez Speaks on the Pandemic’s Influence in Builder & Developer Magazine
Senior Project Manager Alicia Perez, NCIDQ, CID-Commercial, WELL AP, CSP, CCC, Allied ASID has been featured in the November 2021 issue of Builder and Developer Magazine. In a feature article entitled Health and Wellness in a COVID-Influenced World, she offers thoughts on the pandemic’s influence on residential and commercial spaces, and shares insights on strategies that promote the total well-being of tenants and occupants. As she mentions at the close of the article, focusing design efforts on air quality, fitness and emotional wellbeing is not only good for occupants, it can be done at minimal cost.
