Affirmed Housing’s The Iris Breaks Ground on the Westside
WMA staff Dirk Thelen, Gihan “Gigi” Shihata and Dan Withee, AIA LEED AP joined Mayor Eric Garcetti and Affirmed Housing Group’s Cristina Martinez on Thursday at the groundbreaking of The Iris, the latest permanent supportive housing and family affordable housing project slated for LA’s Westside.
More than half of the development’s units are designated for those earning 30% or less of the area’s median income (AMI) and the rest serving those between 30-80%.
